WHERE AM I GOING?

My space is located at Suite 102B - 415 Kootenay St. The entrance is beside the Vienna Cafe. Please note there is a set of stairs immediately upon entering the building that may pose an accessibility issue for some folks.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY TREATMENT?

In preparation for your treatment, please arrive a few minutes early for your appointment, and wait in the waiting room located as you turn left at the top of the stairs. Take this time to turn off your cell phone, remove your shoes, and transition yourself into your treatment.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FROM MY TREATMENT?

Treatment approach will vary from person to person, and likely from one appointment to the next. Expect a typical treatment to include an assessment, hands on massage therapy treatment, and discussion regarding aftercare if necessary.
